Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Belle Femme does not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, we recommend:
Checking with neighbors, building management, or your designated package area.
Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
